On their acquisition of certain assets from the administrators of Pacific Continental Securities, City stockbrokers Brooklands Securities needed advice on how best to communicate with the former clients of Pacific Continental and offer them support in claiming losses of up to £48,000 from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Our approach
We worked with Stephen Alexander of Brooklands – who was also our client when he was formerly with Class Law Solicitors – to provide strategic advice on communications with their client base.
In addition our comprehensive media relations campaign ensured that Brooklands’ positive work on behalf of clients – including the appointment of a law firm to act on the clients’ behalf at no cost to themselves – was widely covered by the press.
