The brief
Leading City fraud litigation firm PCB wanted to raise its profile and that of its senior partner Steven Philippsohn: an internationally renowned expert in fraud litigation. They also needed to achieve a clear distinction between a team specialising in fraud litigation and an associated team specialising in property law, both under the PCB brand.

Our approach
We recommended that the fraud litigation team should reposition their offering by adding ‘Litigation’ to the root company name. We took the opportunity to launch a new website as the first public expression of the new brand with copy highlighting the firm’s unrivalled expertise in all aspects of combating the risks and challenges of fraud and white collar crime. We offered the skills of Steven Philippsohn to the media as an expert commentator, author and speaker on international fraud.

The result
PCB Litigation is now attracting a high level of interest from clients ain new and different jurisdictions worldwide, including developing nations – such as China – where the concept of ‘fraud litigation’ is as yet embryonic.
