This major road transport leasing organisation was preparing to float on the UK Stock Exchange and required a new corporate identity in addition to an investor relations campaign.
Our approach
As the starting point for gaining an indepth understanding of the culture of the company and providing them with informed strategic advice, members of the Lehmann Communications team attended all of Transrent’s board meetings. This process was the catalyst to the evolution of a powerful new brand, first implemented in their Annual Report & Accounts. We also worked closely with their Board in helping them to draft investor memoranda and creating presentations for potential funders.
