Darshna’s background is in Computer Programming and Systems. Prior to joining Lehmann Communications she was New Business Director of General Motors, Canada, and subsequently also assumed the role of IT Director. Her first role for the company was dealing with IBM 8100 then IBM 9470 as a specialist technician responsible for day-to-day operations of GM’s mainframe computer systems. She is a Computer Science graduate from Devry University, Dallas, Texas.
Thereafter moving to UK, Darshna has been with Lehmann Communications since 1997. She has extensive experience in corporate, financial, industrial and business-to-business public and media relations, gained with clients that range from leading international law firms such as Hogan & Hartson, Leboeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae, Rowe & Maw, PCB Litigation and Weil Gotschal & Manges, financial services organisations and health care and recruitment companies. She has a formidable reputation in the media relations world for her ability to place her clients as expert commentators on breaking news stories
