A chartered accountant who trained with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Derek was previously Financial Director with Clegg Gifford & Co. Ltd and Tradex (Underwriting Agencies) plc. He has also held senior financial roles with the My Kinda Town Group and Era Group Plc.
