Tim brings to Lehmann Communications the high level of expertise in business leadership and innovation he gained in seven years with the haute couture house Hardy Amies plc, both as Chairman & Chief Executive and Head of International Development. During his Chairmanship, he successfully floated the company on the AIM market in 2005 and boosted retail sales by 63% in the same year. His keen entrepreneurial spirit has been clearly evident throughout his career. The year after graduating from Newcastle University in 1994, Tim founded Pilgrim Services, a unique nationwide grave maintenance business. In recognition of his achievement he won a Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1996 and the Institute of Public Relations Award for Excellence in 1997, before selling the company to the Co-operative Wholesale Society.
